  • Marketing – Support for chapter and individual marketing needs, including social media, magazine, and promotional resources.

  • Chapter/Undergraduate Support – Assistance with member accounts, officer responsibilities, accountability forms, and Officer Training Academy.

  • Alumni & Volunteer Support – Guidance for alumni programs, volunteer officers, Sig Talks, and Alumni Chapters.

  • Pledging Support – Help with pledge updates, class actions, duplicates, and P4B support.

Operations

  • Awards & Recognitions – Information and support for honors such as Order of Constantine, Balfour Awards, Significant Sig, Sweetheart, and Daniel Cooper Award.

  • Accounting – Assistance with payments, refunds, credits, stipends, and billing issues.

  • Shipping & Orders – Support for placing, tracking, and resolving issues with orders.

Experience

  • Horizons – Help with applications, enrollment, travel, and participation details.

  • KTLW – Support for registration, travel, attendance, and program tracks.

  • Grand Chapter – Assistance with registration, delegate details, travel, hotels, and attendance updates.
