The Chapter System is Sigma Chi’s online chapter management tool, giving chapter officers, advisors and staff the tools and resources they need to be successful. Chapter operations, member management, new member forms, finances, reporting and order forms are just a few of its offerings.

The earliest version of the Chapter System was released in 2007 and brought the Fraternity's forms into the digital age. The latest release, which launched in August 2018 enhances upon this legacy, making it even easier to conduct Fraternity business online. It revamps the membership forms process and expands upon reporting and storage functions allowing officers to upload documents and statistics for use by both current and future officers. The system also has a mobile responsive design, allowing our members to conduct such business from their mobile devices.
