Chapter Operations

Automatic email New Appointments - New Functionality
- When a new Chapter Advisor is appointed, they will receive a congratulatory email from the Executive Director outlining their role and available resources.
- When a new Grand Praetor is appointed, they will receive an automatic email from the Grand Consul confirming the appointment and sharing relevant resources.
- In both cases, the Praetorial College and Chapter Support staff will be copied.

Pledge Intake Form Field Requirements - Break Fix
- Resolved an issue that allowed a potential new member to submit the pledge form without all required fields being completed.

Recent Payments on Financial Dashboard - Break Fix
- Resolved an issue that was preventing a chapter's recent payments from displaying on the financial dahsboard.

User Experience

Order Shipping Notifications - New Functionality
- Members will now receive an email when their order ships, including who it’s being sent to, how it’s shipping, tracking information, and the items included.

Initiation Confirmation Update - New Functionality
- Magisters now enter the initiation date once when confirming new initiates and can review the list and date before submitting.

Awards Display Update - Enhancement
- Members can now see images of their awards in the portal instead of placeholder icons.

Travel Booking Update - Enhancement
- Members can now book fraternity travel directly through the Deem app or website.

Member Engagement

Parent/Guardian Contact Information - Break Fix
- Pledge forms now require at least one parent, guardian, or next-of-kin contact before submission.
Student Athlete Identification - New Functionality
- Pledge forms now include an optional question for new members to indicate if they are a student athlete and list their sport.
