Chapter Operations

Create Recruitment Advisor Alumni Position on the Chapter — New Functionality Added a Recruitment Advisor alumni position at the chapter level, which can be set by staff or the Grand Praetor for a specific chapter.
MAF Academic Suspension letter flow — New Functionality Added Academic Suspension as an option in the MAF, alongside the existing Conduct and Financial Suspension paths. The flow generates a first letter on Consul submission (granting the accused five days to appeal to the Grand Praetor), a second letter once the GP elects to proceed and Executive Committee receives the request (suspension effective immediately), and a third letter once Executive Committee confirms the suspension.
Add chapter's ability to submit recruitment plan in portal — New Functionality Chapters can now upload their recruitment plan in the portal, with the necessary review teams routed in automatically.
P4B/R4L Course reporting by week instead of whole course — New Functionality P4B and R4L course progress is now reported on a weekly basis rather than only as a whole-course completion percentage.

New Community group for LLS and LLS+ for Member Hub — New Functionality Created new LLS and LLS+ community groups in the Member Hub.
Create Auto-Numbering plan for new LLS members — New Functionality New LLS members are now assigned numbers automatically through a standardized auto-numbering plan.
Auto email to military / 1st responder pins — New Functionality Members who order military or first responder pins now receive an automated email thanking them for their service.

KTLW 2026 Track lead / Facilitator enrollment — Operational Requirement Completed enrollment of Track Leads and Facilitators for KTLW 2026.

SIS Data Migration — Operational Requirement Migration of legacy SIS data into the current platform.
