After you have filled out the evaluation fully, please upload the file to this SharePoint folder.

When uploading a chapters Ritual Peer certification, you will need to first save the document.  When saving the document it should be titled with the "chapter name" and either the “Pass” or the “Fail”.  An example of this would be “Alpha Psi pass” or “Alpha Psi fail”
