Chapter Operations
- Ability for chapters to upload their scholarship plans - New Functionality
- Just like the Strategic Plan, Budget, etc...the chapter Consul, Pro Consul, Annotator, and Scholarship Chairman now have the ability to upload their scholarship plan in the portal.
- Email list of pledge invites not accepted to chapter leadership - New Functionality
- For each chapter that has a pledge class that has an estimated initiation date within 30 days, an email will be send each monday to the Grand Praetor, Assistant Grand Praetor, Chapter Advisor, Assistant Chapter Advisor, Consul, Pro Consul, and Magister that contains the names of the potential new members who have not yeat accepted their invitation to pledge.
- Ability to collect information on parents of active undergraduate and associate members - New Functionality
- Added requirement on pledge form to collect parent/guardian information when potential new members accept their invitation to pledge
- Ability to override estimated initiation date for Associate Chapter and CAMAC pledge class holds - New Functionality
- Added ability for staff to override the pledge class length restriction for associate chapters and pledge classes that are coming off of hold
- Add counts of associate members to chapter dashboard - New Functionality
- Added the visibility for chapter officers and leadership to see the count of associate members when looking at the chapter dashboard
- Display a report of approved pledges on the pledging dashboard - New Functionality
- Added the visibility on the pledging dashboard that shows the pledges that have been approved for initiation
- Updated menu structure for Chapter Advisors - Enhancement
- Added new Chapter Advisor Items menu that is alphabetized and contains links to all the items that a Chapter Advisor needs in the portal
- Updated view on Member Dashboard - Enhancement
- Removed the Chapter and GPA columns from the list and added the mailing address, email address, and phone number for the undergraduate members
- Add visibility of P4B completion on the Grand Praetor's Approve/Remove Pledge page - New Functionality
- Added visibility to the approve/remove pledges page that shows the P4B progress/completion percentage of pledges under consideration for initiation approval by the Grand Praetor
- Email list of pledges who have not completed P4B - New Functionality
- Starting the week before the estimated initiation date, and progressing throughout the week of initiation, the Grand Praetor, Assistant Grand Praetor, Chapter Advisor, Assistant Chapter Advisor, Consul, Pro Consul, Magister will receive a listing of each pledge who has not completed P4B along with his completion progress
