Issue: Teams may not join or load into meetings when clicking on a join link on an external app such as Outlook. Teams may also not join meetings within the app itself.

Solution: Clearing Microsoft Teams app cache resolves this issue.
- Exit Teams completely.
- Press Win + R, enter ' %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams  ' to navigate to app cache.
- clear/empty contents of the Teams folder then restart the device.
